Good Morning CCCAM Board Members,

I believe Candace has shared this with you all previously, but attached is the finalized link for the video we just made recounting our busy 2024 season. It is my hope that the story we are telling with this video will help to encourage our current members to renew as we commence our fall membership initiative, drive interest and enthusiasm with former members who have let their memberships expire, and attract people who have never been members of the museum who are excited to support our mission and the work we do.

I plan to send this video to all Club Regional Directors, encouraging them to share this video at their upcoming annual meetings if feasible. It will also be sent to all GCM partner museum leadership. Additionally, the video will be sent out in an email blast, shared on social media, posted to YouTube, and appear in the NEWS page on our website. All of these channels will offer a direct link to our membership webpage. Our traditional annual membership renewal letter will of course be sent as a follow up later this month.

How can you help? Spread the word about the museum's year. Please consider sharing this video with museum stakeholders you know who may not otherwise see this through the above mentioned channels. If you are on Facebook, consider sharing the museum's post when it goes up. If there are donors you are connected with that made contributions towards the museum expansion who maybe aren't closely connected to the club, they may enjoy learning more about our activities since the expansion was completed. Lee, if you feel it's appropriate, perhaps members of the GCM Board would like to know a little more about our year.
